The city and county governments have signed a memorandum of understanding for the transfer of almost 6,200 acres into city jurisdiction.

This is great news for the future of our city as developers have been struggling to meet the demand for new housing in the city. For more than two decades the city has been against it's borders on all sides save the south-west development of West Brant.
