Buyers had more choice in June, and the homes that sold were the ones priced for today.
Sales eased from 140 in May to 129 in June, while the number of homes for sale climbed to 583 — the most in about a year. Well-priced homes are still selling in around three and a half weeks. The ones asking too much are sitting, getting reduced, or being pulled.
